close to parks and landmarks for perfect city strolls
Staying here was fantastic, as I enjoyed peaceful walks through nearly 2 km of Hyde Park and the nearby vibrant cafes, which were just a few minutes away. from the moment I entered, I felt like I was in a fabulous oasis despite the bustling city around me. This is definitely an ideal spot for single travelers looking to explore and enjoy, but the concierge service could improve based on what I observed during my stay.

Had an amazing stay with my group of friends! We explored the British Museum and took a fun tailor-made tour to Camden Market. The location is perfect for getting around, and the ambiance was just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Do keep in mind that some amenities like the mini bar might not be available, so plan ahead.
One downside was the service at the front desk. We found it a bit off this time, and it could have been more attentive.

Noise disturbances from events could be mitigated!!! A more flexible approach to photography policies is needed, as well as better attention to the cleanliness of common areas!!!

The ambiance throughout the hotel is stunning, particularly the winter garden where it's essential to book in advance for dinner. Breakfast offered remarkable choices, each dish prepared to high quality and presented beautifully. billing discrepancies for breakfast left a negative impression during my three-night stay in a Marylebone Studio, which overshadowed some of the enjoyable experiences.

Amazing chilled vibes!
Just spent 2 nights as a solo traveler, and wow, the place was so cosy! The room was super comfy and quiet, perfect for relaxing. Room service was top-notch too. I booked a special dinner in the restaurant, and it felt like a mini vacation with the stunning decor and great menu choices. Just a bit pricey, but worth it.

We had a wonderful stay that allowed us to explore London with our grown-up kids. The hotel’s stunning atrium and spacious rooms made for a comfortable retreat. The afternoon tea was some of the best we've ever had, truly a highlight of our trip.
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities available on-site.

our stay at the landmark london was just fabulous! the lobby was so grand with palm trees n a piano, really made me feel like royalty. staff were super nice n friendly, even gave us an upgrade to a corner suite which was so comfy! had a great time eating at their restaurants too, everything was delish! the location was perfect for exploring the city, loved walking around to shops n pubs.
the only bummer was that sometimes the mattress was too firm for my liking, n the pool had a lot of kids which wasn’t that relaxing. also had some noise issues from below during our stay that was kind of annoying.

We had a fantastic stay in a family suite with tons of space and a great pool! Orlando, the doorman, made us feel right at home, especially with his friendly chats that the kids loved.
Felt really like home, no reason to complain.

A Mixed Experience with Comfort and Entertainment
We enjoyed a lovely family stay, with exceptional service and stunning decor. However, our last night was disrupted by a loud event, making it hard for our baby to sleep. For families, I’d recommend checking event schedules to ensure a peaceful evening.
